An odd video taken during an air show in Chile shows an anomalous object streak across the sky and seemingly almost hit a jet.
The strange incident occurred ten days ago over the city of Puerto Varas, where a showcase of military aircraft was taking place.
Spectators watching the demonstration of aerial acrobatics were mystified when they caught a glimpse of a fast-moving white orb that appeared to fly directly through the path of one an oncoming jet.
Making this particular event interesting is that the sighting was recorded by three different people watching the airshow, making it a rare case which allows researchers a few different perspectives on the event.
UFO enthusiasts propose that the anomaly was some kind of alien craft tasked with observing the airshow and studying human technology.
Skeptics, on the other hand, say that the 'UFO' is simply a prosaic object that appears to be interacting with the jet but that is only due to the angle with which the moment was filmed.
While that may be the case, it would be unwise to discount the possibility of a braggadocios ET that just couldn't help itself as it saw some humans marveling at a simple airplane.
