A team of researchers in Hawaii came face-to-face with an enormous great white after spotting the beast and jumping in to capture photos and video footage. The strikingly massive predator is 'Deep Blue' — a 50-year-old, 20-foot-long, female thought to be the largest great white in the world. Ocean Ramsey and Juan Oliphant swam next to the gigantic creature. To put the size of 'Deep Blue' in perspective, she is as long as a giraffe is tall, and only 10 feet shorter than a NFL goal post.
