Chief Arvol Looking Horse of the South Dakotas Lakota tribe is also known as the "19th Keeper of the Sacred White Buffalo Calf Peace Pipe."He has traveled throughout the world bringing his message of peace. In 1994, he began another spiritual journey to organize "World Peace and Prayer Day" and to bring awareness to the Prophesies with a call to secure the sacredness of the sacred sites that dwell throughout the earth.

Chief Looking Horse spoke on sacred sites and freedom of religion before the Special Reporter of the United Nations, was honored by the City of New Orleans and was awarded the prestigious Canadian Wolf Award and was invited to speak in Holland to pray for Peace and Unity throughout the world.
