Janet Skarbek

Janet Skarbek is a CPA with Masters of Taxation from Villanova Law. She is the author of "Planning Your Future: A Guide for Professional Women". Janet has testified in front of Congress at the House Ways and Means Committee's Hearing on Fundamental Tax Reform. She was also a speaker at President Bush's Conference on the workforce in the new millenium.

Skarbek privately uncovered the cluster of CJD cases in New Jersey. A friend of her mother, who works at the racetrack, died from CJD and when a second woman died from CJD, Janet was concerned for her mother's safety and became consumed with her own investigation that turned up over a dozen CJD cases related to people who had a relationship with the track.
