Bermuda Triangle/ Hauntings & Poltergeists

Date

Hosted byGeorge Noory

In the first half, expert in mysteries of the unknown Rob MacGregor and Bruce Gernon (a pilot who has witnessed some strange occurrences) discussed unexplained encounters in the Bermuda Triangle and elsewhere involving such phenomena as "electronic fog," inter-dimensional portals, and UFOs. Gernon detailed his own experience flying through electronic fog while piloting a plane through a storm in the Bermuda Triangle over Andros Island. The fog looks like the "snow" on a TV that's lost its reception and surrounds the aircraft so that you can't fly through it, he recalled, and when he finally broke free, he ended up flying through an aerial tunnel that contained strange lines. He believes the electronic fog actually forms in these tunnels.

MacGregor suggested that such tunnels are a natural "warp bubble" that can occur in certain storms, a theory proposed by Professor David Pares. The disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 bears some similarities to Bermuda Triangle incidents, and the jet may have encountered electronic fog, MacGregor speculated, adding that it vanished in one of the 12 "vile vortices" that Ivan Sanderson cited as places where things go missing without a trace. MacGregor also outlined a bizarre 2007 incident at the Biltmore Golf Course in Coral Gables, Florida when two men felt anomalous sensations accompanied by a sudden dense wall of fog that seemed to come for them, along with a high-pitched screech that tore through the night.

Professor of psychology and TV host of Paranormal Profilers, Dr. Peter Sacco shared stories from his interest in the paranormal, including ghost investigations, hauntings, and poltergeists. In a 1970 case involving a poltergeist in Ontario, one police officer, Constable Robert (Scotty) Crawford wrote up a report of witnessing three adults sitting on a couch that was floating about a foot and a half off the ground, as well as objects flying around a room on their accord, he recounted. Other cops and professionals saw the strange phenomena as well, he added.

One investigation Sacco participated in was at Drummond Hill cemetery in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Psychic medium Stan Mallow was having a spirit conversation there, and was captured in a Kirlian photograph that showed him standing next to a large orb, Sacco noted, adding that in some cases he believes orbs may represent the souls of the departed or angels (though often they are simply dust particles or camera artifacts).
