Healing Frequencies / Spells & Spirits

David Wong is a leader of meditation technology innovations, a martial artist, Qi Gong meditator, visionary, mentor, and speaker. In the first half, he joined Lisa Garr (email) to discuss combining ancient Chinese Qi Gong principles and research with electromagnetic frequency technology for healing therapies. Wong believes this technology was instrumental in his full recovery from a chronic disease, ulcerative colitis, after just 90 days. He initially experimented with the technology to enhance meditative experiences, and discovered that a "side effect" was the healing. Wong said the frequencies he incorporates were inspired by the work of Dr. Royal Rife, the controversial inventor who developed machines emitting low-energy electromagnetic waves for healing purposes.

One of Wong's approaches is Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF) which combines a Qi Coil with various harmonic sounds (created through software), which he says releases a healthy energy that can improve well-being, sleep, cognition, and energy. The Qi Coil has the shape of a torus or donut, which enhances the release of energy, he explained. Lisa played an audio clip of one of Wong's therapeutic audio frequencies, said to reduce or clear negative energies. "We create frequencies from analyzing brainwave patterns" as well as molecular structures of things like Vitamin C, he said. "It's kind of like you're getting a hologram projected onto you," Wong added.

Sterling Moon is a tarot reader, psychic medium, animal communicator, author, podcaster, and educator on the mystical and strange. In the latter half, she delved into such topics as spirit communication, hauntings, divination, folk magic, spells, and clearing homes. Maintaining neutrality is helpful when conducting divination, such as with the tarot, or mediumship in order to foster objectivity, she pointed out. But conversely, when it comes to a magic ritual, an infusion of strong or raw emotion can make it more powerful, she revealed. Moon detailed her visit to a haunted home in Golden, Colorado, where she picked up the spirit of an older woman, whom she identified as Mae, who seemed to want to remain in the kitchen. Later, Moon received word that the house was much older than originally thought, and the landlord had found some old windows dating back to the late 1800s, with a name inscribed on them-- "Martha," who was known as Mae.

She shared tips for clearing or removing negative energies from homes, including floor washing or broom cleaning, incense, placing "witch bottles" at different entry points, and lines of salt. It's important to open a window when performing a cleanse in order to provide an exit point for the negative energy, she noted. Spirits are said not to like certain strong smells like eucalyptus, camphor, and menthol, found in products like Vick's VapoRub, which can be dabbed on a person or in their sleeping area to reduce "night visitations," she continued. Moon also described a "black cat spell," which uses a corresponding candle to call upon the cat's spirit to achieve a desired goal.
