Spirit Journeys / Channeling the 'Group'

Date

Hosted byRyan Wrecker

In the first half, Ryan Wrecker (email) welcomed teacher Julie Kramer, who discussed her work with spirit journeys, the nature of consciousness, and interactions with non-physical dimensions. She explained that brainwave activity naturally shifts into theta states, allowing for expanded perception into "invisible realms," where benevolent spirits reside. Practitioners, she added, are able to journey beyond physical constraints: "If I'm working with a helping spirit who resides underwater, I can...travel underwater with them, without having any concerns about not being able to breathe...because it's my awareness that's traveling. It's not my physical body."

She also addressed the reciprocal nature of these realms, affirming that spirits can cross into our physical world to communicate, often through dreams, signs, or even music. She emphasized the role of intention in spiritual protection, advocating for connections only with trusted, benevolent spirits. The conversation turned to the topic of possession, with Kramer offering a poignant example of a spirit attachment born from love and confusion-- a mother who dies suddenly and clings to her child out of protective instinct. This, she explained, is "not an ideal state" for either the spirit or the living person, as it disrupts natural spiritual evolution.

Kramer, who considers herself a shamanic practitioner, explained that the term "shaman" originates from the Tungus tribe of Siberia and means "to heat up" or "to raise up," referring to altered states of consciousness used to engage with the spirit world. Her teaching approach includes immersive three-day workshops designed to equip beginners with practical skills to journey safely and effectively into the spirit world. She likened the practice to "date night with the spirits," a dedicated time to seek guidance and support. On the nature of the helper spirits, she said, "They're incredibly forgiving. They just pick up with us wherever we are and whatever we've done."

In the latter half, spiritual teacher and channeler Steve Rother delved into his three decades of experience communicating with a collective consciousness he calls "the Group." He described channeling as "opening up to spiritual information," emphasizing that everyone has innate access to inspiration. In his case, his journey began unexpectedly at a metaphysical gathering, where an overwhelming emotional experience marked the start of his connection with the Group. Initially speaking in a collective "we" voice, the Group later revealed individual entities, each with unique expertise, forming a "group of nine" that includes himself.

He outlined his role as a "translator" who consciously channels messages, often receiving "gentle nudges" in daily life to pay attention to certain signs or thoughts. He stressed that the Group's purpose is not personal gain but delivering messages for the benefit of humanity. Rother suggested that the future is largely unwritten because multiple realities exist simultaneously, each shaped by different choices and experiences. He likened this to "a white light coming from home" that is split into "11 different colors," representing various life paths occurring in parallel dimensions.

He also addressed the nature of extraterrestrials, suggesting many are actually extra-dimensional beings capable of shifting between realities. During the interview, Rother channeled messages from the Group, emphasizing humanity's interconnectedness and the watchful presence of other cosmic beings, exemplified by the interstellar object known as 3I/ATLAS. The Group warned of the dangers of atomic warfare, noting its potential cosmic repercussions. In terms of global challenges, the Group cited "exploding communication" and the overwhelming influx of information as humanity's greatest problem, along with people's difficulty in discerning the truth amid the noise.
