Havana Syndrome & Targeted Individuals / Alien Effects

Date

Hosted byRichard Syrett

Guest host Richard Syrett welcomed Dr. John Hall, a practicing anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician based in San Antonio, for a discussion of Havana Syndrome and related claims involving directed-energy attacks. They were joined by Ben Conine, who shared his experiences as a targeted individual.

Hall framed Conine's claims within what he says is a long-documented pattern, arguing that cases once described as "targeted individuals" are now labeled as Havana Syndrome or "anomalous health incidents," but present similar symptoms. Hall asserted that reported effects such as tinnitus, hearing voices, and other neurological distress point to a shared underlying mechanism, and he described alleged tactics that include surveillance, psychological pressure, and eventual psychiatric labeling, outcomes he said he has observed repeatedly in past cases.

Conine described his experience as beginning in October 2023 with what he perceived as overt device hacking and surveillance, followed by escalating disturbances, including strange nocturnal noises and intrusive thoughts he believed were externally induced. He reported that repeated wellness checks and police involvement culminated in involuntary psychiatric commitment after a noise complaint, during which he was restrained, sedated, and diagnosed following a brief evaluation, despite having no prior mental health history. Conine characterized these events as coordinated pressure meant to discredit him and frame him as unstable.

Conine said that while the voices he described have since stopped, he continues to experience persistent physical symptoms, including dizziness, tinnitus, nausea, and heart palpitations, which he says have significantly impaired his daily functioning. He expressed frustration with medical testing, which he believes was mishandled. At the same time, he described unconventional, self-devised coping methods as offering only temporary relief. He concluded that earlier phases of his experience appeared aimed at provoking violent behavior, which he claimed to have resisted. Ultimately, he described the overall ordeal as psychological torture intended to manipulate behavior rather than provide legitimate care—a trajectory that Hall said aligns with patterns he claims to have documented in similar cases.

In the latter half of the program, experiencer Maria Cuccia detailed her contact story with tall beings aboard a spacecraft who introduced her to her son, Elijah. She traced that encounter back to a traumatic and medically unexplained pregnancy loss during her second pregnancy, when a clear ultrasound showed a healthy fetus with a strong heartbeat, only for her to experience sudden, excruciating pain the next day. Rushed to the hospital by ambulance, she passed an empty fetal sac, and follow-up imaging revealed no fetus, leaving her doctor baffled and able to offer only speculative explanations. At the time, Cuccia accepted the event as a miscarriage, focused on healing, and went on to have three healthy daughters, setting aside unresolved questions about the abrupt disappearance of both the pain and the fetus.

Eight years later, she described a vivid nighttime encounter that she said transformed her life. Awakening to a beam of light and intense vibration, Cuccia described being taken aboard a craft where robed beings showed her a child she instinctively knew was her son, Elijah. The experience was defined by overwhelming emotion, unconditional love, and a sense of purpose rather than spoken communication, making it impossible for her to dismiss it as a dream. She said her conviction strained her marriage and family relationships and led to psychiatric intervention. The experience deepened her faith and led her to prayer, meditation, and to composing music she suggested was inspired by Elijah.
