First Half: Joining guest host Lisa Garr (email), writer and producer Walter Cruttenden, director of the Binary Research Institute, will explore humanity’s place in the cosmos. He’ll discuss where Earth and the solar system stand in space and time, how ancient cycles may shape history, and what clues they offer about our past and possible future.
Second Half: Author and poet Daniel Bourke will examine the curious phenomenon of déjà rêvé (“already dreamed”)—the experience of dreaming about a person, place, or event before encountering it in waking life. He’ll consider whether such dreams might be precognitive or reflect another kind of psychological or neurological process, and how the experience differs from the familiar sensation of déjà vu.
6-10pm PT: Art Bell - Somewhere in Time returns to 2/10/99 when author Dannion Brinkley discussed his near-death encounters.
