Gregg Braden is an author, scientist, and pioneer in bridging science, social policy, and human potential. Referring to mysteries such as the face on Mars and other puzzling anomalies, he asked, "Why is it that the discoveries that hold the greatest potential for bringing peace into our world are being delayed?" He argued for the release of "forbidden" information as essential to our development and survival as a species.
Braden theorized that there is evidence for a 50,000-year-old civilization whose science was "based on a very different technology than the path that we have chosen today." The conversation turned to future tech, such as alternative power generators, some of which he said were already being used abroad. He continued to outline what he saw as ancient lost technology, and how he believed we would soon discover ways to work with the energies of nature, rather than using up resources.
He further claimed that the human race was going through a "genetic change," and proposed that our "junk DNA" would play a factor. As the Earth changes in subtle and significant ways, our DNA will ultimately give us the tools to survive, even providing immunity to such killers as AIDS, Braden suggested.
