Clifford Carnicom, who has been actively involved in bringing attention to the chemtrail phenomenon, has been a self-employed professional computer consultant for the past three years, and now resides in Santa Fe, NM with his wife Carol. He was previously a research scientist and federal employee for 15 years with three different agencies, including the United States Department of Defense, the Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service. His technical background is extensive in the fields of geodetic science, advanced mathematics, computer science and the physical sciences.
