Paul Dowling has a Bachelors and Masters degree from The Juilliard School in New York City. For the past three years, Paul has been the creative force behind the show, “Forensic Files” airing on Court TV. Mr. Dowling serves as Executive Producer/Writer and also created the series. Mr. Dowling has produced and written numerous television series, documentaries and specials in the fields of forensic science, medicine and health. He was the Executive Producer of Medical Detectives and also the co-founder of Medstar Television.
