Giant 'Snow Owl' Spotted in England

By Tim Binnall

A man out for a walk in England could not believe his eyes when he spotted a massive depiction of an owl embossed into the snowy landscape like a crop circle. Chris Barrow reportedly discovered the design last week in the town of Devizes. As luck would have it, he also happens to be a drone photographer, which allowed him to capture footage of the fantastic frosty formation.

As one might imagine, the owl's location and remarkably symmetrical design conjured comparisons to the countless crop circles which dot the same landscape during the summer months year after year. However, in this instance, it would appear that we can rule out artistic aliens for the source of the formation. That's because, upon closer inspection, one can see a set of footprints in the snow which lead to the owl.

Be that as it may, those prints almost make the formation even more amazing than if it had been crafted by ETs, since they appear positively tiny in comparison to the enormous owl head. And while we may be able to say that the drawing was done by a person or some people, how they managed to pull off creating such a huge piece without making a mess of the delicate snow around it is rather perplexing.
