In Coast You Missed It 5/16/25

Past lives, weather manipulation, and suspicions surrounding JFK Jr.'s death were among the fascinating topics explored on Coast to Coast AM this past week. Meanwhile, at the C2C website, we told you about an 'exploding bird' problem troubling a California neighborhood, a possible glitch in the matrix in Switzerland, and a treasure hunter who claims to have found the legendary lost Nazi gold train. Check out our round-up of highlights from the past week ... In Coast You Missed It.

Suspicious details surrounding the 1999 death of John F. Kennedy Jr. were in the spotlight on Sunday night's program as researcher Donald Jeffries shared insights from his investigation into the curious case. He specifically pointed to a mysterious 9:39 PM phone call that JFK Jr. made from the aircraft just moments before his plane vanished from radar. While contemporaneous weather reports indicated clear skies at the time of the crash, he noted that it has since been claimed that there were hazardous flying conditions that night. Theorizing that JFK Jr. may have been killed due to his political ambitions, Jeffries pointed to two separate witnesses who recalled hearing an explosion shortly before the plane went down.

The tale of a legendary lost Nazi 'gold train' was back in the news this past week when it was revealed that a treasure hunter has come forward claiming to have discovered the apocryphal cache of riches pilfered during World War II. The anonymous individual detailed his alleged find in a letter to officials in the Polish city of Wałbrzych, where it has long been said that the horde was hidden. Asserting that he had located three WWI railroad cars tucked away in a camouflaged tunnel in a wooded area of the community, the man included multiple documents seemingly bolstering his story. However, town officials noted that the letter writer has yet to apply for the proper permits to retrieve the treasure, raising the question of whether or not his tale is genuine.

Are the proverbial 'powers that be' secretly tinkering with the weather? This worrisome question was explored on Thursday night's program by activist Matt Landman, who argued that just such a scenario has been unfolding for decades. Asserting that covert geoengineering began in the late 1800s, he mused that the practice has only recently gotten attention because of the overt nature of chemtrail grid patterns. One motive for manipulating the weather, he mused, is to create natural disasters that require authoritarian intervention for profit and control. With concerns about chemtrails becoming more mainstream in recent years, Landman expressed hope that these problematic programs may finally be exposed.

This past week featured a pair of stories involving neighborhoods plagued by troubling mysteries. First, in California, residents of a street called upon authorities to investigate a strange situation wherein dozens of birds have died after sitting on one specific patch of power lines. While witnesses and home security footage seemed to suggest the unfortunate animals were being electrocuted, an examination by wildlife officials found that they were being downed by a blunt force trauma brought about by a gun or a slingshot. Meanwhile, in England, people living on a street in a small village lamented that an anonymous writer has been tormenting them with threatening 'poison pen' letters for the last several years.

The exploration of past lives took center stage on Monday night's program as writer Michael Goddart detailed his spiritual journey wherein he uncovered an array of previous incarnations. A believer in reincarnation, he explained that an intense regimen of daily meditation allowed him to discover an array of previous lifetimes that he had previously experienced. He revealed that there were at least 12 instances in which his negative actions led to a form of karmic reckoning that saw him returned to the planet as an animal. Goddart also suggested that déjà vu occurs when someone touches upon feelings or experiences familiar from a past life.

Perhaps the most eyebrow-raising story of the week came by way of Switzerland, where a duck was photographed by a traffic camera under rather unusual circumstances. Sharing the peculiar account on social media last Saturday, officials in the town of Koeniz explained that the picture was snapped on April 13th, exactly seven years to the day that the device was also triggered by the same kind of bird flying down the street. Making the image all the more mystifying was that it was taken in the same location both times and, eerily, both animals traveled at the same speed. The trio of remarkable similarities left many wondering if the traffic camera had somehow captured a proverbial glitch in the matrix.
