A Pennsylvania woman is facing multiple charges after she allegedly threatened her neighbor with a pitchfork in an argument wherein she bombastically called herself "the new Freddy Krueger." According to a local media report, the wild incident occurred on Saturday afternoon in Otter Creek Township when cops received a call about a ruckus unfolding in the community. Susan Shea's neighbor told police that she had been marching around in front of his house with a pitchfork and making rather ominous threats.
Specifically, the man reported, Shea declared that she would "burn down both his house and his son's house with him and his family in it," if they did not compensate her for some lost chickens. Sadly, authorities offered no insight into how the birds factored into the dispute, leaving one to wonder how it could have possibly escalated to Saturday's showdown. During the troubling episode, Shea is also alleged to have warned her neighbor that "if you take a step towards me, I will put this pitchfork through you."
When the responding officer arrived, he observed the woman "dancing with a pitchfork" before telling her to return to her residence as he tried to sort out the situation. Having smartly filmed the worrisome scene as it unfolded, the neighbor showed the cop his footage of Shea's antics, including a bizarre moment wherein she warned that "you guys are going to have nightmares of my face. I'm the new Freddy Krueger." The pitchfork-wielding woman was ultimately arrested and charged with making terroristic threats, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
