A group of Colombian soldiers tasked with patrolling a jungle says they were menaced by something seemingly supernatural that ultimately attacked one of them. The weird case, somewhat reminiscent of the classic film 'Predator,' reportedly occurred earlier this month when the troops stationed in the remote location began noticing some rather unusual activity unfolding at night. Specifically, the soldiers claimed to have heard the chilling laughter of a woman emanating from the woods around them, and their shelters were repeatedly struck by an invisible force.
Though a search of the area found nothing that could account for the weird overnight events, the troops remained on edge due to the persistent feeling of being watched. The strange situation culminated with a terrifying moment when something with considerable strength grasped one of the soldier's legs and attempted to pull him into the thick underbrush. His screams alerted the other troops, who rushed to the scene and rescued him from falling victim to whatever had been menacing the patrol. The incident is said to be the latest in a series of stories from Colombian soldiers who often report experiencing unsettling events while working in the country's isolated wilderness areas.
