Suspected Paranormal Activity Unnerves Appliance Store Workers in Argentina

Workers at an appliance store in Argentina have come forward with suspicions that their shop is haunted by the ghost of a child who repeatedly leaves behind eerie hand and footprints overnight. The possible paranormal activity has reportedly been unfolding at the establishment in the city of Mendoza for quite some time, but the unnerved employees only recently decided to reveal the strange situation. "When we're going to close the place, we clean, we wash the floor," explained one worker, "when we get to the morning, there are footprints like bare feet of children in different parts of the place."

As one might imagine, the presence of the peculiar prints prompted a check of the store's security system, which is when the mysterious marks went from curious to chilling. "We looked at the cameras, and there was nothing, nobody comes in," marveled the worker, "the venue has alarms that have not sounded, and we do not know how, but the prints appear." Employees say they have also found small handprints around the store, like the source of the marks had been "crawling around" the shop. Additionally, workers in the adjoining warehouse have reported hearing inexplicable sounds that have left them sensing that 'someone' was with them in the room.

While the store's staff has largely gotten used to the occasional appearance of the puzzling prints and the creepy noises in the warehouse, an uptick in activity in recent weeks led them to share their story and photos of the perplexing marks with a local media outlet. Remarkably, workers wondering what may be behind the incidents went so far as to investigate the history of the shop's location in Mendoza and found a possible explanation, as the spot had once been an area where "immigrant families lived" as it was near a now disused railroad. With that in mind, the employees speculate that their suspected ghost child could have once lived in the area and, for reasons beyond our understanding, their spirit remains.
