A widow in Pennsylvania believes that her baby monitor captured the spirit of her late husband soothing the son he never got to meet. The peculiar piece of footage (seen below) was reportedly posted online by Whitney Allen, who tragically lost her husband, Ryan, earlier this year following a six-month battle with a debilitating brain injury brought about by an allergic reaction to a bee sting. As this was unfolding, she gave birth to the couple's second child, Leo. While the boy's father never got to meet him because of his condition, Allen recently spotted something unusual on her baby monitor which she suspects was a sign of Ryan visiting from 'the other side.'
In the video, Leo can be seen sleeping in his crib when a light appears on the side of the child's head and the youngster's hair appears to move by way of an unseen force. Sharing the footage on TikTok, Allen explained the circumstances of Ryan's passing and marveled that "tonight, I felt like I saw my husband soothing our baby" and mused that "the veil is thin." The video and the story behind it went viral online with many echoing the widow's belief that it showed the father and son sharing some kind of supernatural moment, while skeptics argue that the 'encounter' is simply an inadvertent digital distortion.
