A commercial pilot flying to Philadelphia was left scratching her head when a mysterious black disc zipped over the aircraft as it was coming in for a landing. The remarkable moment reportedly occurred on March 14th at the Philadelphia International Airport as an American Airlines flight from Barbados was preparing to touch down. In a recording of her conversation with air traffic control (featured above), the pilot reports "there was some sort of, like, flying disc that just went over us at about thirteen hundred feet."
After confirming what he had just heard, the controller indicated that there's nothing on radar that could account for such an observation, "but I'll let everyone inbound know, thanks." Later, after the pilot landed, she was asked for "more specifics" about the UFO "for some reports." In response, she conceded that "I really don't," before noting that it was black and appeared to be Frisbee-sized. She also dismissed the possibility that the anomaly was a drone or a balloon, leaving the matter a mystery. What do you think the pilot spotted as she was landing in Philadelphia?
