Video: Fourth Crop Formation of 2026 Found

After a quiet start to the month, crop circle season in the UK continued this week with the appearance of the fourth formation of the year: a dazzling design that has drawn rave reviews from visitors and researchers alike. The formation was reportedly found a few days ago in the county of Wiltshire, where the phenomenon is particularly plentiful each year. Showcased in the drone footage above, the fairly complex design features three large shapes resembling eyes with irises sporting four small circles and several other larger spheres encircling the piece.

Since being discovered, the crop circle has sparked something of a buzz in the area, with many curious individuals flocking to the site to see the formation. An astrophotographer going by the moniker 'StillPho ToMalone' stopped by the spot on Wednesday and marveled to a local media outlet that "the experience was amazing, especially meeting up with some other people looking for the circle." The impressed visitor indicated that the site had a serene atmosphere with others meditating, drumming, or simply relaxing inside the design.

Meanwhile, crop circle researchers studying the newfound formation were equally awed by its complexity. One student of the phenomenon suggested that it was meant to convey a "three-phase, magnetic motor" that may be what powers UFOs. Other researchers saw numerological, scientific, or religious symbolism contained in the formation. As for what might have made the design, the "very open-minded" ToMalone posited that the crop circle was probably crafted by people. That said, he also offered the interesting caveat that a friend who visited the site the previous evening "said that some more were added while she was there, and there was nobody else in sight."
