Video: Trump Claims Obama's Recent Alien Comments Were 'Classified Information'

President Trump has responded to Barack Obama's recent comments on aliens by intriguingly suggesting that the former president's statements contained classified information. The curious assertion reportedly occurred on Thursday during a conversation with the press pool aboard Air Force One. Asked about his predecessor's headline-making podcast appearance over the weekend, wherein he was queried on extraterrestrials and jokingly replied "they're real, but I haven't seen them," Trump declared that Obama "gave classified information. He's not supposed to be doing that."

As one might imagine, that tantalizing answer raised eyebrows among reporters who followed up by asking Trump if he had essentially just confirmed the existence of aliens. In response, the president replied, "I don't know if they're real or not, I can tell you he gave classified information. He's not supposed to be doing that. He made a big mistake." Remaining on the topic of whether or not aliens exist, Trump mused that "I don't have an opinion on it. I never talk about it. A lot of people do. A lot of people believe it."
