A group of young people swimming near a waterfall in Russia had quite the scare after spotting what some suspect could have been a Bigfoot spying on them. The bizarre incident reportedly occurred in an area of Russia known as Adygea and was caught on film by a bewildered witness, named Andrew, who subsequently submitted it to a YouTube channel devoted to all things Sasquatch. Unfortunately, aside from the purported location of the encounter, there are few other details available regarding the odd event.
In the admittedly ambiguous footage, the swimmers' revelry is disrupted when one of them sees a dark figure of some kind peering out at them at the top of a cliff. According to a translation of the conversation, the man behind the camera exclaims "who is that" and then "what is that" when he first notices the strange interloper. He proceeds to point it out to the rest of the group, who express amazement at the sight. The video ultimately concludes with the creature apparently ambling away and disappearing past the cliff's edge.
Since the video is rather hard to discern, skeptical viewers have suggested that the creature could have just been a bear or perhaps some other woodland animal one might expect to be living near the waterfall. However, others have suggested that the mystery beast could have been a Bigfoot that had head the swimmers and was curious about what all the commotion was about. What's your take on the weird video?
