A man camping in California captured curious footage of what he believes was a Bigfoot climbing a tree. The possible Sasquatch sighting reportedly occurred at the Carson River Resort campground in the community of Markleeville. The witness, Kenneth, shared the footage and his account with the Rocky Mountain Sasquatch Organization research group. "I was walking through camp early morning," he recalled, "when I felt like someone or something was watching me up on the ridge." The peculiar sensation prompted Kenneth to film where he thought the observer might have been. When his daughter later looked at his video, she spotted something unusual that he did not notice when he filmed the scene.
In Kenneth's footage, a large dark figure can be seen seemingly ambling around a wooded area. The mysterious shape then suddenly scrambles up into a tree with remarkable speed, completely vanishing from sight. Given the size of the figure and the ease with which it pulled off the maneuver, Kenneth suspects that the creature may have been a Bigfoot. Interestingly, the campground where the sighting occurred may be something of a Sasquatch hot spot as the entrance sports a novelty sign jokingly warning visitors to look out for the famed cryptid.
