An eerie video from Mexico shows what some believe to be a ghost roaming around an abandoned hospital. According to a local media report, the spooky scene was filmed from a neighboring building by a bewildered witness who noticed something unusual at the long-shuttered medical facility in Mexico City's Tlatelolco neighborhood. In the video, featured below, a man can be heard marveling that he had just spotted a ghost in the abandoned hospital. Seconds later, a seemingly transparent figure can be seen almost gliding through a lighted room.
Since being posted online earlier this week, the footage has understandably generated considerable discussion on social media in Mexico. Some viewers agreed with the man's assessment that he had seen a ghost in the hospital that had closed over a decade ago. However, more skeptical observers argued that the 'spirit' was a trick of light and shadow or something similarly prosaic, like a reflection.
