Watch: Ghostly 'Demon Figure' Filmed Crossing Path in Front of Couple at British Park

By Tim Binnall

A couple visiting a purportedly haunted park in England captured a creepy video wherein a ghostly figure appears to scurry across a path in front of them. The spooky scene was reportedly filmed earlier this month by Hannah Rowett as she and her husband, Dave, were preparing to walk their pet labradors in a forested site known as Clumber Park. Waiting for her husband to retrieve one of the dogs from their car, she suddenly had the eerie feeling that "I wasn't on my own." In response, Hannah took a 'live' picture with her camera to possibly catch a glimpse of whatever had given her that weird impression and was subsequently astounded by what she saw.

The chilling clip, seen above, shows an odd white mist that quickly materializes into a form that resembles a figure which then hastily moves across the path in front of her before vanishing into thin air. After seeing the brief piece of footage, Hannah says, she "turned to Dave and said 'I've just seen a ghost and I've got it on camera.'" Her normally skeptical husband says that "literally every hair from my feet to my head stood on end" when he saw the possible apparition. Although she initially suspected that the anomaly was the spirit of a dog, Hannah now believes that it was humanoid in nature and mused that "it's quite demonic in the way it's crawling and has long limbs."

The couple say that despite what Hannah had just captured with her camera, in the moment, they were more amazed than scared by what they had experienced. Hannah later shared the video on social media, where it quickly went viral with some marveling that they may have, indeed, filmed a ghost, while more skeptical viewers suggested that the 'spirit' was merely smoke. Since the pair do not smoke, she dismissed this theory and noted that the anomaly "never changes its form, and if it was smoke it would change." With that in mind, what do you think she filmed crossing the path in front of her in the park? Share your best guess with us at the Coast to Coast AM Facebook page.
