A very weird video from an oil field in Argentina shows what workers say is the handiwork of a goblin-like figure that has been causing mischief at their job site. The uncle of a man who recently began working at the location, known as Manantiales Behr near the city of Comodoro Rivadavia, revealed the bizarre situation to a local media outlet. According to this individual, when his nephew first started the job, "his partner told him to be careful" because of an eerie presence that "usually moves objects or hits metal structures" at night.
Adding weight to the worker's peculiar warning to the man were confirmations from his equally unsettled colleagues. The man was also shown a video (seen above) in which a safety cone is mysteriously moved by an unseen force, alleged to be the purported being. That said, by far the most unnerving aspect of the account is a chilling photo of the diminutive figure (featured at the end of the video) allegedly snapped somewhere at the job site.
As one might imagine, the fantastic story has spread like wildfire on Argentine social media since appearing online this week. Some have suggested that the figure was a supernatural being, such as a goblin. Meanwhile, others have posited that the presence might be a ghost. That said, skeptics have suggested that the 'creature' is simply a tall tale told to the oil field newcomer as a way of 'welcoming' him to the job. What do you make of the strange account?
