A jaw-dropping video from China shows an unflappable motorist driving his car with a massive swarm of bees clustered over his head inside the vehicle. The bizarre footage was reportedly captured earlier this month as the man, identified in Chinese media by his surname Yao, was cruising along a road in the country's Anhui province. An astounded passenger in the backseat of the car filmed the strange scene wherein the huge swarm of bees amassed on the ceiling of the vehicle just inches from the Yao's head. Amazingly, he remained perfectly calm as he continued driving down the road and, at one point, he can even be seen flashing a smile in the rear view mirror.
When the fantastic footage was posted on Chinese social media, it quickly went viral and many viewers understandably heralded Yao for his unperturbed reaction to the swarm over his head. In a subsequent video shot from someone sitting next to Yao in the front of the vehicle, he laughingly points at the sizeable gathering of insects and marvels "check them out! I’m going to be rich," which is in reference to the Chinese belief that it is good luck if one's home is visited by a bee. Should that be the case, the motorist may want to buy a lottery ticket, considering how many of the bugs caught a ride in his car.
