A curious piece of footage from Las Vegas shows four mysterious red orbs hovering in the night sky. The intriguing video was reportedly filmed last week in area southwest of the city. In the footage, the puzzling crimson lights initially appear in a diamond formation. The strange cluster then realigns when the two orbs on the edges hover towards each other in the center of what now looks like a vertical line of lights, though this may be a trick of perspective if the 'diamond' had simply rotated in the sky.
Theories as for what the orbs could have been include the fantastic, such as alien craft, or the prosaic, including drones. One possibility put forward by a viewer online is that the lights were part of some kind of training exercise taking place at nearby Area 51.
