A security camera in Colombia captured spooky footage of a ghostly figure seemingly vanishing into thin air. The strange scene (featured below) was reportedly filmed earlier this month at an apartment complex in the city of Medellín. Security guards working on the evening of the incident initially spotted the nearly transparent figure briskly walking through the parking lot, passing behind a large concrete column, and emerging with what appeared to be a broom as it continued its determined stride. The understandably intrigued observers were subsequently mystified when the stranger blended further into the background before ultimately disappearing from view.
Particularly puzzling to the security guards was that the spot where the figure vanished is a rather well-lighted area of the parking lot that should have provided a clear view of the stranger in the video. Since the footage wound up online with no explanation for what the camera captured, one is left to assume that the witnesses opted not to investigate the strange situation, which does not exactly speak well to their commitment to being overnight watchmen. As one might imagine, response to the now-viral video on Colombian social media has been split into two camps: those who believe the figure is a ghost and others who argue it is merely a technical glitch.
