A fantastic piece of security camera footage from Wales seemingly shows a full-bodied apparition appear out of thin air on the sidewalk of a street. The eerie video was reportedly captured in the wee hours of Tuesday morning by a CCTV system belonging to a woman living in the town of Milford Haven. Upon spotting the strange anomaly in the footage, Ann Alson subsequently posted it online in an attempt to find an answer as to what the oddity could have been.
In the footage, a police car can be seen turning a corner and then, moments later, what appears to be a fairly distinct figure emerges from behind a pole and then 'walks' few steps before dissipating. According to Alston, the camera is positioned outside of the home, which suggests that the potential ghost is not merely a reflection. Remarkably, she also claims that the spirit has been seen in the area before, but this is the first time it's been captured on film.
Although the predominant suggestion among paranormal enthusiasts for the nature of the anomaly is that it is a ghost, others have argued that it could be some kind of 'glitch in the matrix' or even a time traveler. Meanwhile, skeptics will likely point to the curious way in which the 'apparition' emerges out of the pole as an indication that the video is some kind of clever hoax.
