Secret Military History/ UFOs, Visitors, & the Afterlife

Date

Hosted byGeorge Noory

In the first half, defense journalist Sean Naylor detailed operations of the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) since 9-11, typically involving secret and elite US Special Forces including the Army's Delta Force, and the Navy's SEAL Team 6, as well as covert aviation and intelligence units. While the US public is aware of a lot of JSOC's missions, such as the capture of Saddam Hussein, the rescue of Captain Phillips, and the killing of Osama bin Laden-- they don't realize that JSOC is behind them, he pointed out. When Army Ranger Pat Tillman was killed in 2004, that was also during a JSOC operation, he added.

In the post 9-11 era, JSOC has become the main military effort in the war against al Qaeda and ISIS, he noted, but it had to morph from an organization that was geared to run short counterterrorism responses into operating campaigns and task forces around the world, and around the clock. Naylor was the first to reveal how Delta Force and SEAL Team 6 reverse-engineered IEDs (improvised explosive devices) that were being used by the Taliban. They created their own version nicknamed "Xbox" which mimicked locally-made bombs so they couldn't be traced back to the US, and were used to kill a small number of Shi'a targets in Iraq.

Author Whitley Strieber is an expert on such diverse subjects as cattle mutilations, crop circles, strange implants, the afterlife, and aliens. In the latter half, he addressed the latest on the UFO cover-up, as well as revelations about the afterlife and communications with his deceased wife, Anne. He also talked about how his "visitations" with an alien or other presence have continued-- most recently he experienced almost two hours of missing time just after deboarding a plane at LAX. Strieber believes the implant in his earlobe, an artificial object installed by two humans who intruded into his home without tripping an alarm, actually can function as a research tool when he's writing, with words becoming visible through his left eye.

The British government is getting ready to release some declassified UFO files, which Strieber suggested may offer a new perspective on the Rendlesham 1980 UFO incident. The lights seen by military personnel in the Rendlesham Forest may have contained a technology that could cause confusion and hallucinations, he said. Whitley is working on a new book titled "Across the Bridge," with his late wife, who is communicating with him from the Other Side. "One of the things that makes us different from the 'Visitors' is they live between these worlds, whereas we lived walled off from our own dead," he commented, adding that humanity will never be whole until we're able to freely walk back and forth between the living and dead.
