He criticized traditional Egyptology, suggesting that the accepted narrative of a linear progression of Egyptian history is flawed, particularly the identification of Pharaoh Khufu as the pyramid's builder. He drew parallels to other ancient structures, such as Nan Madol in the Pacific, which consists of 750,000 basalt blocks that he argues could not have been constructed with the technology available at the time. Positing that these monumental ruins indicate a lost civilization with advanced engineering capabilities, he remarked that while we live in a civilization, "we live in the ruins of a greater civilization."
He further speculated about the potential existence of cosmic influences on human history, referencing ancient texts that describe a war in space. Strieber concluded, "We don't actually know anything about our past...Something huge and incredibly important is missing." Reflecting on the scientific aspects, she mentioned her collaboration with Penny Kelley, and Dr. W.C. Levengood, a pioneer in crop circle research. "He discovered it was plasma... a plasma vortex operating in the field," Greer revealed, explaining how these vortices interact with the Earth's energies to create formations. She described the phenomenon of "balls of light" that are often seen during the formation process, clarifying that they are distinct from orbs.
Levengood's work suggested that seeds from these circles exhibit remarkable growth and resilience, producing "30 to 400% more food and biofuel per plant." Greer has concluded that crop formations are "signals from our conscious Earth" designed to communicate vital messages to humanity. These formations often appear in areas rich with spiritual energy, particularly in southern England, where they frequently lie over aquifers and ley lines, she said.
