Hosted byGeorge Noory

In the first half, Randi Shannon, a naturopathic doctor, explored various natural remedies and supplements that can aid in managing ailments and health issues. Discussing pharmaceuticals, she cautioned about their side effects and promoted nutrient-based alternatives. For those with diabetes, she asserted that many can improve through diet and natural therapies. Stop eating wheat, barley, rye, oatmeal, buckwheat, "because those things are like wrecking balls that go down through the digestive system," she advised, highlighting the impact of diet on intestinal health.

Shannon warned against low-quality supplements and counterfeit products, urging listeners to obtain supplements through trusted sources to ensure purity and efficacy. Regarding kidney stones, she highlighted hydration and dietary measures, including lemon water and apple cider vinegar, explaining acetic acid's role in reducing stone formation.

Responding to a question about preventing blood clots post-surgery, Dr. Shannon recommended selenium supplements, noting that the mineral works as a natural blood thinner. On dental health, she advised cutting sugar and processed carbs and increasing mineral-rich foods like leafy greens and bone broth. She shared a personal story about improving gum health by switching to baking soda and activated charcoal toothpaste and using a water pick. For a caller with long-term prednisone use with stroke history, she stressed immune system support and supplements like niacin.

In the latter half, Shanelle Arnold, an author and the granddaughter of ufologist and American aviator Kenneth Arnold, discussed her grandfather's work and his historic sighting of nine flying saucers on June 24, 1947, two weeks before Roswell. She described his daytime sighting as he flew his plane near Mount Rainier: "He clocked them going about 1,200 miles per hour… flying in an echelon (diagonal) formation… pulsating almost like a beating heart." Witnessing the formation for about three minutes before it disappeared, he initially believed these objects were secret Russian aircraft, and considered it his patriotic duty to report them.

Kenneth's beliefs evolved beyond extraterrestrial origins; he and his colleague Ray Palmer embraced theories linking UFOs to interdimensional or spiritual phenomena. Shanelle explained that her grandfather posited that UFOs were "coming from the dimension we go to when we die… the connection between the living and the dead." She also noted her grandfather's interest in the Oahspe Bible, which referenced flying craft and was considered an early metaphysical text.

After his sighting, Kenneth Arnold dedicated much of his life to investigating and documenting UFO phenomena, even spending $30,000 of his own money in that regard, she revealed. Shanelle also discussed her grandfather's role in exploring the Maury Island incident, a lesser-known but significant UFO event in Washington state, involving alleged debris analyzed to contain unusual elements. Kenneth reportedly retained some of the UFO debris, but Shanelle lamented that they have never been able to locate it. Reflecting on the ongoing UFO disclosures, she believes her grandfather (who died in 1984) would be "relieved that finally some truth is coming about," even with the lack of complete government transparency.
