George Noory welcomed Chip Coffey who shared his experiences as a psychic medium, discussing his beliefs in reincarnation and the roles of angels and spirit guides. He explained his belief that everyone is born with some degree of psychic sensitivity, which he defines as the ability to receive information beyond the five senses. Coffey described his dramatic birth during his mother's near-death experience and noted that as a child, he often anticipated phone calls or knew who was calling, which he likened to being an early version of caller ID. Although psychic ability exists on a sliding scale, Coffey admitted mediumship, or direct communication with spirits, as a rarer gift from God.
Coffey recalled that he did not begin actively communicating with the dead until age 47, when a coworker's deceased brother contacted him unexpectedly. Unlike some mediums who open themselves to any spirit that wishes to communicate, Coffey uses what he calls a "direct connection," inviting clients to name the loved one they hope to reach and then attempting to connect with that specific soul. To avoid being constantly flooded with messages, Coffey said he has agreements with his angels and spirit partners to act as gatekeepers, allowing him to work when he chooses while still maintaining a normal personal life.
He outlined his spiritual beliefs, explaining that the afterlife is not a place of judgment but one of peace and growth where souls retain their personalities and continue to evolve. He expressed his belief in reincarnation, interpreting biblical teachings about being born again as references to multiple lifetimes, and described vivid memories of a past life as a young woman who died in a Nazi concentration camp. Coffey also distinguished between angels, whom he sees as divine beings created by God who have never lived as humans, and spirit guides, whom he describes as formerly living souls entrusted to help people navigate life. He said everyone has both angels and spirit partners, each serving unique but complementary roles in protection and guidance.

Open Lines followed in the latter half of the program. Ruthie from Maryland shared a frightening story about a house she once lived in that she believed had a portal. She recalled hearing terrifying growling noises at night that could not have come from her many pets. After ruling them out, her ex-husband told her he thought he was fighting the beast within himself, which left her unsettled until she was able to leave.
Tobias from Idaho phoned in to question why psychics, mediums, and remote viewers have never been able to locate the legendary Amber Room, the lavish chamber of amber and gold stolen from Russia during World War II. Citing shows like Ancient Aliens and Expedition Unknown as his sources of information, he speculated that the room is likely hidden underground, submerged in a lake, or lost at sea. Tobias emphasized his belief that such a massive treasure must still exist somewhere, as it is too large to have simply vanished without a trace.
Nancy from San Jose shared a deeply personal ghost story about her brother, who was murdered in 2006. While meditating and praying with the Holy Ghost, Nancy said she witnessed a vision of him in his bedroom just before his death and later saw Jesus and her brother glowing with radiant light, which brought her peace and ended her grief. She explained that she and her brother were very close and that he has since appeared to her in dreams.
The final half hour featured a replay of the late psychic medium Joyce Keller talking about George's late aunt, Dr. Shafica Karagulla.
