She recommended daily quiet reflection to reconnect with one's intuition or "God spark," advising listeners to "turn off the noise" from media and distractions to better hear their inner guidance. She envisions this as a prerequisite for humanity to open itself to broader cosmic connections, including with extraterrestrial and angelic beings.
She also recounted a striking episode from a 2024 trip to Egypt, in which her husband's dream and subsequent actions in the Great Pyramid symbolized the reunion or rebalancing of ancient male and female energies.
