Art Bell Vault: Near-Death Experiences

Our newest feature for Coast Insiders, The Art Bell Vault, features an expanding curated collection with two vintage shows added to the mix each Wednesday. This week's new programs explore near-death experiences (NDEs), beginning with a fascinating episode from September 8th, 1999 in which Art spoke with Betty Eadie, who shared her account of dying and crossing over to the 'other side.' She recalled how it occurred during a hospital visit when she suddenly felt her consciousness leaving her body and she was met by three non-physical beings. Eadie eventually encountered Jesus, who told her that she had a mission which she still needed to accomplish here on Earth and, as such, sent her back.

Next up, we travel back to 5/3/2001 for a riveting edition of the program wherein Howard Storm detailed his rather unsettling NDE in which he seemingly journeyed to hell. He recounted first having an out-of-body experience while at the hospital and being greeted by a group of sinister shadowy figures who guided him into a realm that grew increasingly darker. These entities, Storm said, tortured and taunted him until he cried out for God, which appeared to thwart the dark forces. Eventually, a white light appeared and his previously hellish experience turned into a more traditional NDE that ultimately culminated with Storm returning to the world of the living with quite the tale to tell.

These classic programs have commercials and breaks removed and are presented in multiple-platforms-- available on-demand for Mac, Windows, IOS, and Android. Many of them feature rare "5th" hours of content from back in the 90s when the show had a longer running time. We do include Art's beloved bumper music, which became such an indelible part of his program.

And for the true Art Bell fan, we offer different listening options to fine-tune your experience, such as guest only, and full show streams. Coast Insiders, we're very happy to bring this new offering to you at no additional charge to your subscription! We welcome your feedback.
