Art Bell Vault: The Roswell Incident

Our newest feature for Coast Insiders, The Art Bell Vault, offers an expanding curated collection with two vintage shows added to the mix each Wednesday. This week, we showcase a pair of programs exploring the legendary Roswell incident. First, we journey back to 7/4/2001 for a special episode which revisited a series of interviews that Art conducted back in July of 1997 around the 50th anniversary of the alleged flying saucer crash. Among the legendary UFO researchers and luminaries appearing on the program were Col. Philip Corso, William Birnes, Linda Moulton Howe, and John Alexander.

Next, we highlight a program from June 24th, 1997, in which Art reacted to a headline-making press conference held earlier that day by the United States Air Force wherein they claimed that witness accounts of alien bodies being recovered at Roswell were actually misidentifications of crash test dummies. As one can imagine, the hard-to-believe and historically inaccurate 'revelation' was met with laughter from Art and guest Richard C. Hoagland, who appeared in the second hour and declared that "if it weren’t so funny, it would be tragic."

These vintage programs have commercials and breaks removed and are presented in multiple-platforms-- available on-demand for Mac, Windows, IOS, and Android. Many of them feature rare "5th" hours of content from back in the 90s when the show had a longer running time. We do include Art's beloved bumper music, which became such an indelible part of his program.

And for the true Art Bell fan, we offer different listening options to fine-tune your experience, such as guest only, and full show streams. Coast Insiders, we're very happy to bring this new offering to you at no additional charge to your subscription! We welcome your feedback.
