Arguing against technology and civilization as a whole, he called for dismantling society to bring humanity back to its distant past when life was more abundant, safer, and fulfilling.
Next, we journey back to May 22, 2002, for an unforgettable edition of the program in which Art spoke to Richard Picciotto, a New York Fire Department battalion commander and the highest-ranking firefighter to survive the collapse of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. He recounted that extraordinary experience in riveting detail; he recalled being trapped on the sixth floor when the North Tower collapsed, which buried him in debris before he ultimately escaped the harrowing situation and went on to help rescue others during the tragedy.
These vintage programs have commercials and breaks removed and are presented on multiple platforms-- available on-demand for Mac, Windows, IOS, Android, and the Coast app. Many of them feature rare "5th" hours of content from back in the 90s when the show had a longer running time. We do include Art's beloved bumper music, which became such an indelible part of his program.
