A fantastic photo from a purportedly haunted British theater shows what appears to be a ghost child standing backstage. According to a local media report, the remarkable picture (seen below) was snapped at the historic Oldham Coliseum, which dates back to the late 1880s. On Thursday, a group responsible for refurbishing the site shared the eerie image on Facebook, explaining that it "was taken by one of the contractors working on the restoration."
In the chilling picture, a semi-transparent yet still clearly visible child can be seen standing beneath some scaffolding on the left side of the theater's backstage area. The organization, Friends of Oldham Coliseum, noted that when the popular British paranormal program Most Haunted taped an episode at the theater, the show's resident psychic "mentioned a little boy called Tom," leaving the group to wonder if the weird anomaly in the image could be that spirit.
