A bewildered witness in Illinois captured footage of a curious cluster of UFOs that they claim have been appearing in the sky on a nightly basis for over a year. The peculiar account was submitted to the National UFO Reporting Center by an individual who filmed the eerie illuminations on November 13th at a farm in the community of Effingham. "Every single night, for over a year and a half," the witness wrote, "these white, orangish and reddish orbs flash on and go up the atmosphere and then flash off or leave the atmosphere." Calling the recurring sightings a "conundrum," they insisted that the odd objects "are not satellites, airplanes, or drones."
The witness also indicated that the silent balls of light appear at different points in the sky and at various times throughout the year, although they are consistently visible at some point every night. While one might be able to dismiss the singular sighting on November 13th as simply drones or lanterns, given the claim that they can be seen with remarkable regularity, one cannot help but be skeptical of such a prosaic explanation, should their account be accurate.
