Legendary author and alien experiencer Whitley Strieber returned to C2C on Monday night's program to provide an update on his latest contacts with what he calls the 'Visitors.' He revealed that he has recently encountered diminutive beings that he described as less stoic that the notorious 'greys' that kicked off his series of strange experiences decades ago. Strieber also shared an unsettling story wherein a shadow entity of some kind cut his leg while he was sleeping, leaving a wound that took over a year to fully heal.
In a surprising story from the world of science, an esteemed entomologist from Ohio University argued this week that images from the Mars Rover show evidence for both living and fossilized insects on the Red Planet. Dr. William Romoser's presentation at an entomology conference sparked headlines around the world, but his hypothesis was quickly rebutted by scientists who responded that the professor had likely just experienced pareidolia and that 'bugs' were probably misinterpreted rocks.
Utah's Skinwalker Ranch is one of the most mysterious locations in all of paranormal lore and, on Saturday night's program, Ryan Burns discussed his experiences while living on a piece of property overlooking the infamous hot spot for high strangeness. He shared one particularly eerie story in which he picked up an elderly Native American man that needed a ride and subsequently felt as if the stranger could somehow access all of his memories, both good and bad. Burns also talked about various bizarre aerial phenomena he has seen seemingly emanating from the Ranch.
Last week, hundreds of Flat Earth enthusiasts from throughout the world flocked to Dallas, Texas for an annual gathering of believers in the controversial conspiracy theory. On hand for the festivities, Coast to Coast AM got a first hand look at the proverbial highs and lows of this much-maligned and often misunderstood community, from the attendees' exuberance at being among fellow Flat Earth believers to the seemingly endless ridicule that they are forced to endure for their unorthodox, to put it mildly, opinion on the shape of the planet.
Commemorating the anniversary of the JFK assassination, Coast to Coast AM welcomed a pair of researchers with alternative theories on that fateful event during Thursday night's program. First, Professor Paul DeBole talked about issues surrounding the notorious Warren Commission and how it appears to have been merely a "rubber stamp" for the FBI's investigation into JFK's murder rather than a genuine search for truth. Later in the program, author Ed Haslam detailed how there may have been a connection between a New Orleans cancer researcher and Lee Harvey Oswald that ultimately tied into the assassination.
One of the weirder stories we've seen in quite some time unfolded earlier this week when an 1898 photo featuring a child who bore an uncanny resemblance to teenage climate change activist Greta Thunberg popped up online. As one can imagine, the image quickly went viral with people jokingly declaring that the youngster was a time traveler, while others posited that the photo was doctored. The latter theory turned out to be false, as it is a genuine image from the University of Washington, and we have our doubts when it comes to Thunberg being a time traveler, though it would be pretty awesome.
