In Coast You Missed It 3/31/23

Animal communication, the double lives of serial killers, and alien interactions were among the fascinating topics explored this past week on Coast to Coast AM. And, here at the C2C website, we told you about a massive gold nugget found in Australia, a possible miracle at a Connecticut church, and a disembodied foot discovered on a New Zealand beach. Check out our round-up of highlights from the past week ... In Coast You Missed It.

One particularly chilling aspect of serial killers is that they very often commit their hideous handiwork while leading otherwise normal lives and are sometimes respected members of their community. On Sunday night's program, author Richard Estep explored this eerie attribute and shared stories of such proverbial 'killers next door," including a sheriff's deputy who terrorized a Florida city and a deeply religious nurse who murdered several patients by surreptitiously injecting them with a lethal dose of insulin. He also discussed balancing reporting on serial killers while also ensuring that they are not sensationalized.

This past week saw a pair of strange stories centered around, of all things, disembodied feet. First, in New Zealand, a beachgoer was aghast when they stumbled upon a shoe sitting in the sand and, upon further inspection, saw that it contained a foot! Chillingly, a subsequent search of the area by police provided no further clues as to where the puzzling appendage could have originated. Meanwhile, over in Britain, a woman was left scratching her head when she found a mysterious animal claw sitting in the grass on her front lawn. Despite looking like it had come from some kind of menacing creature, it was later determined that the odd find was simply a turkey's foot.

Interaction with aliens was a hot topic of conversation this past week on Coast to Coast AM as two separate guests detailed their alleged experiences with extraterrestrials. First, on Tuesday night's program, Steve Colbern talked about his history of being abducted, which he claims has happened hundreds of times, and how he believes that the beings implanted four different devices in his body. Then, on Wednesday's night's show, Tony Topping shared his incredible story of being involved in a clandestine intelligence operation wherein he met a variety of alien entities, including Nordics and Greys.

In a testament to how there are all manner of buried treasures simply waiting to be discovered, this past week featured two stories concerning such incredible finds. In Egypt, archaeologists unearthed over 2,000 ram heads that were placed within an ancient temple devoted to King Ramses II. Remarkably, experts noted that the offerings were left at the site around 1,000 years after the revered pharaoh had died. Later in the week, an amateur prospector in Australia made headlines when he found a massive gold nugget that weighed a whopping ten points and is valued at around $160,000.

Animal communication took center stage on Monday night's program as intuitive healer and medium Susan Allen shared insights into how all manner of creatures have a healing nature about them. Explaining that pets are part of an individual's soul family, she indicated that they traverse lifetimes alongside us and can even be reincarnated as people over time. Allen also mused that the bond of love between a human and their furry companions allows for the healing abilities of these creatures to be amplified. She also stressed that everyone is capable of communicating with animals, but most people simply don't realize that they have the ability.

By far the most fantastic story of the week came by way of Connecticut, where it is suspected that an incredibly rare miracle may have occurred at a church. As detailed by a shaken Father Joseph Crowley moments after it happened, the eerie event unfolded as a minister was handing out hosts for communion and noticed that the container was nearly empty. Amazingly, after looking to see if he could replenish it, the man was astounded when he saw that the wafers had somehow multiplied and he now had more than he had been given in the first place. Known as a Eucharistic miracle, such incidents have only been reported around 150 times and the strange case in Connecticut is now being investigated by the Archdiocese of Hartford.
