A series of inexplicable incidents involving stones raining down upon a Zimbabwe home forced the frightened tenants of the residence to abandon the building. According to a local media report, the puzzling case began last Monday evening when five people renting rooms in a house were roused from their sleep by the sound of rocks striking the roof. Over the next week, the strange showers continued at all hours of the day and night, much to the consternation of the tenants who could find no source for the eerie events.
"Stones were being thrown during the afternoon and evening without anyone being visible," one witness recalled, "it was terrifying." Understandably troubled by the ongoing torment, the tenants turned to a local mystic who attributed the events to "dark spiritual forces," but apparently offered no solution to the troubled renters. After a week of having their home repeatedly pelted with the mysterious stones, the five tenants threw in the towel and collectively departed the home rather than engage with whatever sinister energy had torn their lives asunder.
Chillingly, the tenants said the rocks continued to fall on the house even as they were packing up their things and leaving. As was the case throughout their ordeal, the former residents of the home saw no sign of anyone who could be responsible for the weird 'haunting' while they made their hasty retreat from their former homes. A strikingly similar case occurred in Zimbabwe back in 2021 when a family was also tormented by mysterious stone showers that had them searching for answers and suspecting something supernatural was to blame.
