Channeled messages from an entity known as 'Pax,' astonishing psychic powers, and the possibility that ETs are demons in disguise were among the fascinating realms explored this past week on Coast to Coast AM. And, here at the C2C website, we told you about multiple mysterious monoliths, the demise of the legendary Arecibo telescope, and a koala possessing a bit too much holiday spirit. Check out our round-up of highlights from the past week ... In Coast You Missed It.

Could what some suspect to be extraterrestrials actually be demonic entities in disguise? Bible scholar Scott Mitchell explored this worrisome question on Monday night's program and argued that just such a troubling scenario is currently unfolding on this planet. He posited that fallen angels are masquerading as aliens in an attempt to corrupt the human race by creating a hybrid species which would make mankind irredeemable in the eyes of God. Mitchell also claimed that the global pandemic and forthcoming coronavirus vaccine is actually an attempt by the Antichrist in forcing the population to take his proverbial 'mark.'

This past week's weird news cycle was dominated by what might best be described as 'monolith madness,' centered around the fallout from the discovery of a mysterious object in the Utah desert just before Thanksgiving. Seemingly each successive day brought a new twist to the weird saga beginning with the curious piece mysteriously disappearing, another monolith appearing and then vanishing in Romania, and then revelations as to who had taken the Utah object away and why. And, just when it seemed as if the winding tale had run its course, yet another piece popped up on a mountaintop in California, suggesting that this odd story may not be over just yet.

The tantalizing prospect that the human mind may possess powers which we've yet to fully recognize has long fascinating scientists and paranormal enthusiasts alike. On Saturday night's program, Tricia Robertson detailed her three decades of research into various types of psychic phenomena and those who display those abilities, such as Dutch psychic Gerard Croiset, who worked with authorities for a whopping 40 years providing assistance on missing person cases and unsolved crimes. Robertson also shared accounts of more obscure mental powers such as seeing events from the past and 'thoughtography,' in which a person can purportedly produce images on film via their mind.

In an unfortunate development out of Puerto Rico this week, the famed Arecibo observatory collapsed on its own just days after being decommissioned due to structural damage sustained over the last few months. The administrators of the legendary alien-hunting telescope had hoped to safely dismantle the structure after deciding to shut it down, but the laws of gravity beat them to it on Tuesday morning when a wire holding up the 900-pound instrument panel snapped and set off a domino effect of destruction that was truly breathtaking to behold in videos later released by the National Science Foundation.

Messages to humanity by way of an entity dubbed 'Pax' took center stage on Tuesday night's program as author Penelope Jean Hayes and intuitive Carole Serene Borgens shared insights which the latter guest believes she acquired by way of channeling the mysterious being via automatic writing. Among the revelations imparted to the duo were that the climate change crisis will reach an irreversible tipping point within the next 8 to 12 years unless we change our ways and that crop circles are actually a form of artwork created by playful aliens visiting our planet. During their appearance, the pair also provided answers from Pax as to why so many mysterious disappearances happen in the Bermuda Triangle and how the pyramids were built.

With the holiday season in full bloom, with it comes the requisite weirdness so often seen this time of year, specifically by way of a wild story out of Australia in which a family discovered that a koala had gotten into their home and taken up residence in their Christmas tree! Amanda McCormick initially thought that her kids were playing a joke on her when she spotted the furry creature hanging on the faux fir in their living room until she noticed that it was munching on the fake leaves. Fortunately, a koala rescue group was able to extricate the animal from the tree and return it to the wild.
