Alternative healing, China's bid to dominate the planet by way of emerging technologies like biocomputing, and compelling UFO cases were among the fascinating topics explored this past week on Coast to Coast AM. And, here at the C2C website, told you about the first crop circle of 2023, a possible ghost filmed at an Argentine butcher shop, and a reservoir drained of its water in order to recover a lost cell phone. Check out our round-up of highlights from the past week ... In Coast You Missed It.

UFOs were at the center of two shows this past week on C2C, beginning with Sunday night's program, wherein researcher Grant Cameron explored Jimmy Carter's relationship with the phenomenon. He recalled how when the then-governor of Georgia was campaigning for president, he famously revealed that he had his own sighting of something anomalous and promised to release information that the government might possess on the topic to the American people, though this unfortunately never came to fruition. On Thursday night's show, aerospace engineer Mark Carlotto talked about his analysis of particularly compelling UFO cases, including instances in which unidentified craft were seemingly filmed by the space shuttles.

The 2023 crop circle season officially got underway this past week when the first formation of the year was found in England. Discovered in the village Broad Hinton, the peculiar design features six blade-like shapes extending out from its center in a manner which some have suggested could be a 'solar symbol,' while others likened it to a fan or motor. Just a few days later, the phenomenon made a relatively rare appearance outside of the United Kingdom when a bicyclist in Italy stumbled upon a formation that had mysteriously appeared in a wheat field. This particular design measured a staggering 200 feet in diameter and consisted of a small circle next to a crescent shape enveloping a 'dot' of crops.

Alternative healing methods were a hot topic of conversation this past week on Coast to Coast AM with a pair of programs devoted to two decidedly different practices. First, on Monday night's show, Patti Conklin talked about how intensely visualizing a specific color can actually impact one's wellness as it disrupts their cells and, in turn, remove detrimental emotions. Then, on Tuesday night's program, Tom Valone detailed how he has developed a bio-electromagnetic frequency device, dubbed the EM Pulser 78, which has shown intriguing anti-inflammatory properties that can be applied to a variety of ailments and injuries. During his appearance, he also discussed memory restoration supplements and breatharianism.

A pair of particularly puzzling potential ghost videos popped up in the news this past week, beginning with a piece of security footage which showed a mysterious figure exiting the back room of a butcher shop in Argentina moments before a knife inexplicably flew off of a table. When workers later looked at the video, they were astounded to see the stranger, who they had previously not noticed, and even more amazed when they noticed that the lower half of his body was seemingly transparent. Later in the week, a camera overlooking an intersection in Costa Rica captured a similarly odd shadow figure that appeared to be dashing across the road.

Is China poised to dominate the planet by way of a fourth Industrial Revolution set to unfold in the not-too-distant future? On Wednesday night's program, geopolitical analyst Brandon J. Weichert cautioned that just such a scenario could take place and explained that the country is working to be at the forefront of emerging technologies such as quantum computing, AI, biotech, and hypersonic weaponry. Asserting that this is decades-long agenda, he indicated that China aspires to achieve this position of global prominence by 2049, which the 100th anniversary of the country's communist revolution. Warning that should the proverbial 'China Dream' come to fruition, it could be disastrous for the rest of the world.

This past week featured two stories out of India wherein individuals wound up becoming the scourge of social media in the country due to their rather bizarre and misguided decisions. First, a government official was suspended from his job after it was discovered that he had drained a reservoir of what is believed to be a whopping 440,000 gallons of water in a wasteful bid to recover his lost cell phone. Joining him in achieving fifteen minutes of infamy during the week was a man who allegedly painted a cobra snake white and then claimed to the media that he had rescued the rare 'albino' creature. The cruel scheme quickly fell apart, however, when a wildlife expert saw the coverage on TV, declared it a hoax, and called upon police to arrest the man.
