Using dowsing to communicate with the spirit realm, a potential connection between UFOs and Bigfoot, and a possible Nazi secret space program were among the riveting realms explored this past week on Coast to Coast AM. And, here at the C2C website, we told you about the latest Loch Ness Monster sightings, North Korea and UFOs, and a shocking twist in the story of a mysterious hole that was found in the International Space Station. Check out our round-up of highlights from the past week ... In Coast You Missed It.

Could the Nazis have had a secret space program that was relocated to Antarctica at the end of World War II? This troubling question was explored on Tuesday night's program as Dr. Michael Salla detailed his research which suggests that just such a scenario came to pass. He claimed that the legendary 1952 Washington D.C. UFO flap was, in fact, a fleet of German craft flying over the nation's capital and that this remnant group of Nazis was allowed to operate in exchange for helping the United States develop their space program. Working alongside the clandestine German force, he alleged, were a group of Reptilian aliens, who have since had tremendous influence in world affairs.

The famed Loch Ness Monster is having something of a moment thanks to several recent sightings of the legendary creature. This past week brought news of one case from late July in which a family visiting the iconic Scottish site caught sight of a curious anomaly that emerged from the water. The oddity was said to resemble a scaly black object about the size of a dinner plate. Meanwhile, an individual watching the Loch Ness webcam also noticed something peculiar which very well could have been Nessie. These two recent sightings will no doubt raise the ire of a man named Ron, who made headlines after he wrote a scathing review of his vacation to Loch Ness and groused that it was a massive disappointment because he didn't see the elusive monster.

A fascinating form of potential communication with the 'other side' was explored on Wednesday night's program as Dan Baldwin discussed using dowsing, by way of a pendulum, to speak with spirits. He argued that the motion of the swinging object can be used to discern 'yes' or 'no' answers and, in turn, reveal insights about the afterlife. According to Baldwin, his contacts with the spirit world have led him to conclude that the 'other side' is initially very reminiscent of Earth, so as to help aid the recently departed's transition to the afterlife, but there are also opportunities for spiritual development beyond that realm.

This past week saw a strange update to a recent mystery when an anonymous official with the Russian space agency blamed an American astronaut for creating a curious hole that was discovered in a Soyuz capsule attached to the International Space Station back in 2018. The unnamed individual put forward a rather wild conspiracy theory in which he alleged that Serena Auñón-Chancello suffered "an acute psychological crisis" while serving aboard the ISS at the time and, in turn, caused the damage to the craft in the hopes of facilitating an early return to Earth. As one might imagine, NASA pushed back against the outrageous accusation, saying that they did not find the theory credible at all.

A theory that has long been discussed on the periphery of paranormal circles over the years is the possibility that there could be a connection between UFOs and cryptids. On Sunday night's program, researcher Stan Gordon shared remarkable cases from southwestern Pennsylvania wherein unidentified flying objects were spotted in the same vicinity as Sasquatch. He recounted one legendary incident from October of 1973 in which a pair of Bigfoot were spotted lurking in a pasture while a red, spherical UFO landed nearby. Incredibly, when the witness fired a tracer round at the creatures, the object suddenly vanished into thin air.

A particularly enlightening piece of news emerged this week by way of insights from a North Korean defector who was asked what people living in his former homeland thought about UFOs and aliens. Remarkably, he explained that residents are largely unaware of these subjects because the state-controlled media rarely ever mentions them, schools in the country barely teach students anything about space science, and the struggle to survive day-to-day life does not allow for musing about such fantastic topics. Incredibly, the defector said, the average North Korean likely does not even know what 'UFO' stands for and has not even considered the possibility of there being life on other planets.
