Biography:

Len Ber is a retired medical doctor who has spent the last 30 years in executive positions in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. He is the founder of Targeted Justice and an expert on Havana Syndrome, also known as non-kinetic brain injury (caused by directed pulsed electromagnetic energy exposure).
