Charles Halt

Biography:

Charles Halt was initially trained by the military as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer and Installation Commander. Charles was assigned to RAF Bentwaters, England as Deputy Base Commander and later Base Commander. He would then go on to write the infamous Hault Memo, detailing The Rendlesham Forest/RAF Bentwaters-Woodbridge UFO Incidents. Charles has a Bachelors degree in Economics and Chemistry and an MBA in Business Management.
