Mark Palbicki has been traveling to Lake Tomahawk and the surrounding areas in northern Wisconsin for more than 25 years. He has been interested in the paranormal for most of his adult life. Following a car accident, he went through a near-death experience (NDE) in the form of an out-of-body experience (OBE).
