Darby Phillips

Darby is a retired government employee. He has been a physics fan for over 30 years but his university education was Experimental Psychology (the major had less to do with psychology than it had to do with experimental design and biological sciences.) Darby was an original poster on both Post-2-Post and Time Travel Institute during the time that Titor/Time Travel_0 was posting. He is the original moderator of the TT forum at Anomalies, the location where they moved the Titor dialogue.
